At the same time, due to the high transparency of the resin, the metal texture of the aluminum profile is effectively highlighted. According to the needs, decorative effects such as matte, sand surface and pearl can be obtained.
6. Compared with the usual electrolytic coloring sealing process, it has the characteristics of saving time and manpower. The electrophoretic coating does not need to be sealed, which avoids cracks and other problems caused by poor sealing.
7. The thickness of the coating can be freely controlled. It is usually controlled at 7μm and 12μm at home and abroad.
8. Because the electrophoretic layer is transparent and bright, the quality of the aluminum ingot is high, the surface of the extruded material is smooth, and the mechanical defects are few. The oxidation coloring process requires strict management, because any minor defects and stains will be exposed under the transparent paint.
