Reduces the degree of pollution to water and air, eliminates the use of liquid organic solvents such as flake alkali and sulfuric acid, reduces water and air pollution, and effectively improves the competitiveness of aluminum profiles and plastic steel profiles as environmentally friendly products. . Therefore, some production costs are reduced;
5. The labor intensity of workers is greatly reduced. Due to the use of automatic assembly line operations, loading methods and the use of fixtures are significantly simplified, improving production efficiency and reducing labor intensity;
6. The surface quality requirements of wool materials are significantly reduced. Powder coating can completely cover the extrusion line on the surface of the profile, cover up some defects on the surface of the aluminum profile, and improve the surface quality of the finished aluminum profile.
7. Compared with other surface treatment films, some physical indicators of the coating, such as hardness and wear resistance, are significantly improved, thus effectively extending the service life of aluminum profiles.
Powder coating is used for powder spraying and electrostatic spraying is used for craftsmanship. Under the action of accelerating wind, the powder particles can carry positive charges when they are ejected from the gun body, and are in contact with the negative charge profile due to the friction of the spray gun. Generates electrostatic adsorption and then solidifies at high temperatures. Improves the adsorption strength of paint and prevents the paint film from falling off.
From the perspective of the process itself, it has a higher process component, mixing paints of different colors to produce decorative effects of different colors, which is more in line with the needs of interior decoration and is also the development trend of aluminum. In particular, the combination of spray-coated profiles and heat-insulated bridges makes them more fashionable, allowing powder-coated profiles to have greater development space and cannot be replaced by industrial aluminum profiles produced by other processing methods.
